RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

This Return & Exchange Procedure has been prepared to explain the rights and obligations of customers who shop through the website www.fionze.com regarding return and exchange processes.
This procedure has been prepared in accordance with:
Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
Regulation on Distance Contracts
Other relevant legislation
2.1. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written or electronic notification must be sent to FIONZE within this period.
2.3. The withdrawal period begins:
On the day the product is delivered for single-product orders,
On the day the last product is delivered for orders consisting of multiple products.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
Products specially prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs
Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (used, opened, or damaged packaging)
Products that have lost their resalable condition
Products used contrary to the instructions
4.1. The product to be returned must be:
Unused
Undamaged
Complete with original packaging, labels, and accessories (if any)
4.2. Once the return request is approved, the product must be sent via cargo within 10 days following notification.
4.3. The return shipping cost is borne by the consumer within the scope of the right of withdrawal.
(If the product is defective or faulty, the shipping cost will be covered by FIONZE.)
5.1. Return requests must be submitted by sending an email to info@fionze.com or through the customer account.
5.2. Once the product reaches FIONZE, an inspection process is initiated.
5.3. For products that meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 days at the latest.
5.4. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
6.1. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6.2. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
6.3. The product to be exchanged must be:
Unused
Undamaged
In its original packaging
6.4. Exchange shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
(If the product is defective, the shipping cost will be covered by FIONZE.)
7.1. If the delivered product is defective, the consumer may choose one of the following rights:
Free repair of the product
Replacement with a non-defective equivalent
Price reduction
Withdrawal from the contract
7.2. Notifications regarding defective products must be made to FIONZE as soon as possible after delivery.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Used or damaged products
Products returned with missing accessories
Products for which the return period has expired
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
FIONZE acts in compliance with applicable legislation in return and exchange processes.
The consumer is responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment.
In disputes arising from this procedure:
Consumer Arbitration Committees
Consumer Courts
shall have jurisdiction.
